• At 28, I discovered Kung-Fu, which heightened my awareness of my body and energy.

• This journey led me to explore various massage techniques, including Thai massage and psychocorporal therapy at the Atmaram School.

• My encounter with Tantra transformed my practice, inspiring a holistic approach to well-being and personal growth.
